Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,231 per week

About the role
The Maternity Unit is a family-centered, multidisciplinary care area committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to mothers, newborns, and families throughout the childbirth experience. The unit is dedicated to delivering high-quality antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care while promoting patient safety, education, and positive birth experiences through collaboration among the care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality postpartum and baby care
- Monitor and support antepartum patients, including antepartum monitoring
- Ensure patient safety and promote a positive birth experience
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff
- Float to Labor & Delivery and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as needed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in maternity care
- Experience with postpartum care and baby care
- Fetal monitoring experience (certification not required)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
