Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - $1,817 per week
About the role
Great level 1, teaching hospital in Virginia is in need of 4 L&D RN's with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Postpartum experience is mandatory. Both day and night positions are currently available for these 13 week assignments. Antepartum and GYN experience is preferred. Hospital is only an hour from historic Richmond and only two hours from all of the great sites of Washington, DC!
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in labor and delivery
- Assisting physicians during childbirth
- Monitoring fetal and maternal health
- Administering medications and treatments as necessary
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Postpartum experience required
- Antepartum and GYN experience preferred
- Current licensure and certification
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
