Follow CA ratios - EMR: Cerner & Fetal Link for surveillance - Charge Nurse: Clinical Supervisor 6/7 days & staff Team Lead. Nurse Manager M-F - Nurse Aides: No (OB techs scrub & cover desk) - Weekend Requirement: 3 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule. Sat/Sun Days; Fri/Sat Nights - Holidays: Work in with the perm staff holiday rotation - Scrub Color: Provided by the hospital - Tele: No Tele.
