About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment starting September 28, 2026, in Salinas, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients during labor and delivery
- Assist physicians with deliveries
- Monitor patient health and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary
- Document patient care and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current California RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of obstetric procedures

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of September 28, 2026.
