Travel L&D RN - $2,777 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Boise, Idaho, starting August 17, 2026.
About the Role
This travel nursing position offers 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. The assignment is designed for experienced L&D RNs who can handle a variety of responsibilities, including charge nurse duties and OR circulation.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Antepartum units
- Serve as charge nurse across all units
- Communicate effectively with leadership and advocate for patient needs
- Titrate drips such as Pitocin, Insulin, and Magnesium
- Follow chain of command and utilize available resources
- Circulate in the OR (preferred)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of L&D, Postpartum, and Antepartum experience
- Current certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS, PALS, STABLE, AWHONN fetal monitoring
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with remote leadership support
- No first-time travelers

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay may differ and is subject to change during the assignment.
