The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position involves working on rotating night shifts from 1900 to 0730, totaling 36 hours per week. Responsibilities Deliver patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) model. Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Document patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records. Qualifications The following qualifications are required: Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery. Current RN license in the state of practice. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) from an approved vendor. Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN) and completion of an Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course are required.
