Travel L&D RN - $2,592 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a 13‑week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The position starts on 10/26/2026, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts (07:00–19:00).

Responsibilities

• Assist with labor and delivery processes, providing comprehensive care to patients.
• Conduct triage assessments and manage antepartum patients.
• Support patients and newborns in the immediate post‑delivery period.
• Coordinate care with other staff, including anesthesia and neonatal specialists.
• Provide breastfeeding assistance and first‑hour baby care.

Requirements

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of L&D experience.
• Intermediate fetal heart monitoring skills.
• Current NRP and BLS certifications.
• Experience in high‑birth‑volume hospitals preferred.
