About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Osage Beach, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in Labor and Delivery units.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform deliveries as needed, with an average of 50-65 deliveries per month.
- Manage 10 beds/suites in the unit, ensuring adequate staffing and care delivery.
- Work 36 hours per week, rotating shifts from 7pm to 7am, including every other weekend.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) or equivalent certification.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of labor and delivery experience preferred.
- Experience working in a high-acuity setting is beneficial.
