Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Assist physicians during deliveries and monitor mother and baby’s condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 1.5 years of labor and delivery (LD) RN experience required.
• Must have skills in OB/L&D, charge nursing, and call requirements as needed.
• No locals within 60 miles required.
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Kentucky.
• Current CPR certification (BLS).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
