AMN Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Labor and Delivery position at Central Maine Hospital in Lewiston, Maine. The facility is a 250‑bed community hospital known for its patient‑centered care and full range of maternity and newborn services. Lewiston, the second‑largest city in Maine, lies about a 40‑minute drive from Portland and offers colleges, cultural attractions, parks, and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum settings.
• Manage a 3‑couplet assignment.

Requirements

• Current Maine or Compact RN license.
• Minimum 1 year recent LDRP experience (posted notes also indicate 2 years LD experience).
• Travel experience: 1 assignment in general.
• Certifications: BLS and NRP.
• SSN and DOB required.
• One professional reference from entire work history.

Qualifications

• Preferred: ACLS.
• Preferred: AWHONN (intermediate).
• Preferred: Proficiency with EPIC EMR.

Pay

Pay rate: $2,299.00 – $2,417.00 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours/week); tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Duration: 12 weeks.
• Hours: 36 hours per week.
• Shift: 12‑hour nights.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Available shifts: 12‑hour night.
