About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 12-week assignment starting August 25, 2026, at a busy birthing center in New Lenox, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients during labor and delivery
- Assist physicians with deliveries and monitor fetal heart tones
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document patient progress and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- At least 1+ year recent L&D experience
- Active Illinois RN License
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Travel experience preferred
