About the role
Seasonal contract RN – Labor and Delivery position in Austin, Texas. Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Rotating weekends; no call requirements.

- Number of Beds: 32
- Number of Staff: 150
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1 co-charge nurse, RNs to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1 co-charge nurse, RNs to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
- Patient Ratios: 1:2
- Equipment: Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US
- EMR: Meditech
- Permanent Positions on Unit Available: Yes
Requirements
Must have (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role):
- EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation
- 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
- Intermediate fetal monitoring
- STABLE certification
