Travel L&D RN - $2,097 per week

About the Role

Travel L&D RN assignment in Asheville, NC, at an 853-bed hospital that serves as the region’s only Level I trauma center and features a Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). This teaching hospital is Magnet-recognized for nursing excellence and provides advanced maternity and women’s health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care in a travel capacity
• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Support perinatal care in a high-acuity hospital setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a compact state
• At least 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP-AHA AAP - NRP Advanced certification
• CERT-FHM certification
• SSN and DOB required
• Work history should not show more than a 90-day gap in the last year
• Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN High Risk experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Travel contract experience
• Circulating experience
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong perinatal care skills

Pay

Pay rate: $2044.00 – $2149.00 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, 13-week duration.
