Certifications: RN LICENSURE, BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN CERTIFICATION IN FETAL HEART MONITORING
Trauma Level: Facility Specific
Requirements
- RN Licensure
- BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC)
- NRP
- AWHONN certification in Fetal Heart Monitoring
- 5 years' experience
- Circulate CLS, transition desired
Additional Information for Submission
- Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.
- Must include home address and SSN on the submissions.
Screening and Documentation
- Must submit a Urine Drug Screen 10 panel.
- Must submit a background check to the facility.
- Must submit documentation of immunizations or titer results for:
- Hep B (Titers or declination completed within 1 year)
- MMR (Vaccine/Titers)
- Varicella (Vaccine/Titers)
- Rubella (Vaccine/Titers)
- Rubeola (Vaccine/Titers)
- Tdap (Vaccine/Titers good for 10 years)
- PPD (2-step TB skin test or recent quantiferon gold TB test completed within 1 year)
- Flu (Current season Flu vaccination or Declination)
- Covid (Vaccine or Declination)
- Fit Test available on site.
