Junxion Med Staffing is looking for an L&D RN for a travel assignment in Brazos Bend, Texas. This assignment lasts 13.14 weeks and is scheduled to start on September 28, 2026.

Job Details

• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Total Weekly Hours: 36
• Trauma Level: Facility Specific
• Patient Ratio: 1:1 labor; 3:1 couplet care
• Scope of Role: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and newborn
• Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility (for travelers)

Required Certifications

• RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (preferred)
• STABLE (preferred)

Experience & Competencies

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Ability to circulate C-sections
• High-risk labor management
• Pitocin titration
• Fetal monitoring interpretation
• Neonatal resuscitation participation
• Postpartum/couplet care competency
• Previous rural hospital experience (preferred)
• Experience in the LDRP model (preferred)
