Travel L&D RN - $1,875 per week

About the role

Travel Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (L&D) in Dallas, TX. Assignment starts 09/29/2026 for an 8‑week duration. Full‑time schedule of 36 hours per week, working 12‑hour night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM).

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, adhering to AWHONN staffing ratios.
• Engage in cervical ripening, triage, and labor management, monitoring both stable and unstable patients.
• Coordinate care during vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, including recovery of high‑acuity patients.
• Utilize GE fetal monitors and document patient information using Meditech and CPNS systems.
• Float to the antepartum unit as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of high‑risk Labor and Delivery experience.
• Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate.
• Current RN license.
• Experience circulating during cesarean sections and recovering high‑acuity patients (preferred).

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
