Travel L&D RN - $1,685 per week

About the role

The Labor and Delivery unit at TriStar StoneCrest offers a nurturing environment for laboring patients with a strong focus on patient choice and personalized care. The unit includes 9 labor and delivery beds, 3 swing rooms, 2 operating rooms, and 3 beds in the OBED. A dedicated team comprising a unit secretary, scrub tech, CRNA, midwife, and on-call OBGYN supports 24/7 operations. The unit utilizes CPN and Meditech for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support laboring patients, promoting vaginal birth opportunities
• Circulate in the operating room for deliveries
• Manage procedures such as IUPC, FSE, MgSO4 administration, and pp hemorrhage management using the JADA system
• Provide nitrous oxide during labor as needed

Requirements

• Experience and drive to deliver the highest quality of care to laboring patients
• Ability to support patient choices during childbirth

Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• ACLS
• BLS
• NRP
• Fetal monitoring certification

Schedule

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 4 weekend shifts required each month.
