Travel L&D Registered Nurse - $2,800 per week
Job Details
Achieve comprehensive assessment skills across pediatric to geriatric patient stages, providing appropriate patient care. Demonstrate competent clinical skills in direct patient care and possess knowledge of emergency equipment and procedures.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including the nursing process and patient education. Exhibit professional practice responsibility and uphold knowledge of policies and procedures. Promote patient and family-centered care with professionalism and confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines. Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals, including the Universal Protocol and patient identification practices.
Show knowledge of surgical patient conditions, procedures, and anesthesia care throughout the continuum. Take responsibility and accountability for directing patient care and prioritization. Evaluate patient understanding of surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative education. Support the completion and evaluation of Pre Admission Testing (PAT) orders.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- RN License required
