About the role
Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.
- Manage patient ratios of 2:1.
- Utilize hospital systems such as Centricity and GE monitors, and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Participate in a team that includes 20 RNs, 1-2 Certified Surgical Technicians (CSTs), a Charge Nurse, and a Flex Patient.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
- Knowledge of EMR systems such as Meditech / CPN.
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a drug screening.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
