Travel L&D, Postpartum & OR RN – LDRP - $3,382 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent care to patients in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum units.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Assist physicians during labor and delivery procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of postpartum care protocols.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Pay

The pay package is based on 16 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
