Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in North Platte, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Perform routine and complex nursing procedures under the supervision of a licensed professional.
- Assist physicians during deliveries and provide postpartum care.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- At least one year of recent, relevant clinical experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Knowledge of obstetric care and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
