Travel IR RN - $3,194 per week

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Interventional Radiology for a position in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role is a travel nursing assignment with a start date of October 26, 2026, lasting 13 weeks, requiring 40 hours per week on 10‑hour rotating shifts. Employment type is travel.

Responsibilities

• Start or check peripheral IVs
• Access and assess infusaports
• Administer medications
• Monitor vital signs
• Suction patients
• Insert Foley catheters
• Assist patients with personal needs
• Inform the technologist or radiologist of any unusual patient needs
• Perform specialized nursing duties such as administering IV sedation or analgesia during special procedures
• Closely monitor patients with cardiac/pulse oximeters
• Stand and walk for extended periods; bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty
• Lift up to 20 pounds routinely; moving or lifting patients may require up to 50 pounds
• Be aware of potential hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases

Requirements

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience (approximately 2 years)
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment start

Skills

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty
• Capable of lifting 20 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds when moving patients
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of caregivers
• Proficiency in monitoring vital signs, suctioning, and inserting Foley catheters

Pay

Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
