Travel Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab - $3,579 per week

About the role

Bestica is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Lafayette, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the catheterization laboratory.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate equipment such as fluoroscopy machines and record patient data accurately.
• Document procedures and patient information in medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience in Cardiology/Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology (IR Tech).
• ARRT certifications: Radiography (R), Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV), Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) (fluoroscopy not required for ARRT candidates).
• CCI certifications: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES).
• Fluoroscopy Operator Registration.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating cath lab equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
