Aids physicians in performing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to diagnose, monitor, and treat various conditions.

Knowledge and skill in medical imaging principles, patient positioning, and medical ethics.
Core knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to specialty imaging procedures.
Ability to perform, post-process, analyze, and annotate study data or procedure documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide care appropriate to age and patient populations served.
Knowledge and application of HIPAA guidelines and standards.
Ability to prioritize and complete clinical and non-clinical assignments.
Ability to multi-task and remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
Dependability in reporting to work as scheduled.
Sensitivity to patients' physical and psychological needs.
Ability to maintain accurate records and work accurately with names, numbers, and codes.
Graduate of a post-secondary educational program in health science (cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, or paramedic/EMT) as defined by ARRT or CCI.
Completion of a JRCERT accredited Military Educational Program accepted in lieu of other educational requirements.
ARRT(RT), RCES or RCIS certification required within 18 months of hire.

4x10 hour shifts
40 hours per week
On-call clinical coverage outside regularly scheduled duty hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as assigned.

No travel or trauma required.
