About the role

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including positioning and immobilization.
• Operate equipment such as fluoroscopy units, CT scanners, and ultrasound machines.
• Document patient information accurately and prepare reports for physicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams.
