About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Interventional Radiology unit at a Level IV Trauma Center and major teaching hospital
- Handle a daily caseload of 10–15 cases per tech
- Perform 4x10 hour day shifts, Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No weekend, call, or float requirements
- Charting via Radiology Information System
- Free parking available for travelers
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year of in-specialty Interventional Radiology experience
- ARRT certification and active WV State License required; pending WV license accepted for consideration but must be active prior to start
- BLS/CPR required; CT and/or RVT preferred
- License required if applicable
- Must reside beyond 100 miles from the facility to qualify; candidates within 75–99 miles may be submitted for facility approval
- Two manager or charge nurse references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Driver's License and Social Security card required for consideration

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
