Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,387 per week
About the role
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Cardiac IR unit requiring 2+ years experience and BLS/ACLS certification. The position is in a Level 3 trauma acute care setting within a combined Cath Lab, EP, and IR unit with 4 procedure suites/labs averaging 10 cases per day. Patient population includes CAD, STEMI, NSTEMI, PVD, HF, PE, cardiac, IR, EP, and vascular cases. The facility uses Cerner and Merge systems, with a planned transition to Epic. Shifts are Monday through Friday 8‑hour day shifts (either 0730‑1600 or 0830‑1700). Call requirement is 1‑2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend, with 2 weekends of holiday coverage per year and a 30‑minute call response time. Technologists may float into the EP lab to help circulate or scrub.
