Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,282 per week
About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in Schenectady, New York.
Responsibilities
- Setup C arm for bypass with stent placement procedures.
- Floating to OR to setup C arm for bypass with stent placement procedures.
- Perform angiograms with interventions, stenting, angioplasty, etc.
- Insertion & exchanges of drainage catheters, nephrostomy tubes, biliary drains, pleurx catheters of effusions & ascites.
- Perform CVS access procedures such as port a catheter, CT & US guided biopsies, chest tube insertions, thoracentesis, paracentesis.
- Perform vascular access procedures such as hemodialysis catheter insertion/exchanges.
- Perform gastrostomy and Jejunostomy exchanges.
- Perform simple procedures once monthly for a sports medicine doctor on site.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of specialty experience is required.
- ARRT certification is required.
- An RT degree and VIR certification are preferred.
