Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,275 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 14-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and applying contrast agents.
• Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality images during procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
• Ensure sterile conditions are maintained throughout procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in interventional radiology or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The pay package is based on a 10-hour shift and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are from 07:00:00 to 17:00:00 daily.
