About the role

A great hospital in MD is seeking two traveling Cath Lab Technologists to assist in their Cath Lab. The position requires 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, and will last for 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Operate equipment and monitor patient conditions during procedures
• Document patient data accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of MD
• Experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Cath Lab Technologist program
• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)

Skills

• Proficiency with medical imaging equipment
• Knowledge of catheterization techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
