Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,222 per week

About the role

Anders Group is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment at St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
• Assist with fluoroscopy and imaging equipment operations
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during procedures
• Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions
• Document procedures accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Virginia
• Experience in interventional radiology or related field
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
• Completion of relevant training programs

Skills

• Proficiency in operating interventional radiology equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
