Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Clinical (INTRA CL) Specialist in the healthcare organization will provide specialized support in interventional radiology procedures within the facility. This role involves performing advanced imaging interventions, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety in a high-volume clinical setting.
Job Details
- Certifications: ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R), ARRT Vascular Intervention (ARRT VI)
- Education: BLS Basic Life Support
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in interventional radiology
Responsibilities
- Assisting with interventional procedures such as Angioplasty, Embolization, Stent placement, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft interventions, Thrombolysis, and Thrombectomy
- Preparing equipment, setting up rooms, assisting during procedures, and maintaining sterile technique
Additional Requirements
- Experience with Siemens imaging equipment, Epic charting system, and working in trauma or stroke-related procedures preferred
- Willingness to work scheduled on-call shifts, including nights and weekends
