Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,185 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Des Moines, Iowa, starting August 31, 2026.
About the role
This is a travel position with a duration of 13 weeks, requiring 40 hours per week on a 10-hour rotating shift. The role is based in a Level 1 trauma facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform vascular procedures in a hospital or medical center setting
- Scrub, circulate, and monitor during procedures
- Support Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL and Operating Room procedures
- Handle peripheral vascular cases
Requirements
- 12 months of vascular procedure experience in a hospital or medical center setting
- Current or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures
- Scrub, circulate, and monitor experience
- Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting
- Peripheral vascular experience
Qualifications
- Active ARRT (R) certification (required)
- ARRT (CI or VI) certification (highly preferred)
- RCIS/CCI certification (nice to have)
- Iowa Radiology license (highly preferred; consideration for licensing candidates)
- AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross BLS (preferred)
- Driver’s License (required)
- RCIS/CCI or ARRT documentation (required)
Profile and Documentation Requirements
- Work history/resume must show 12 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience
- Skills checklist specific to interventional vascular/IR lab
- Professional reference from within 24 months (charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation preferred)

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
