Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,161 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 10-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast media.
• Operate imaging equipment to capture accurate images during procedures.
• Document patient data and procedure details accurately.
• Ensure sterile technique and safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist from a recognized organization.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a medical imaging setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical imaging equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
