About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Watertown, New York.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
- Assist with minimally invasive procedures using fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast agents
- Operate equipment such as ultrasound machines, CT scanners, and X-ray units
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Ensure sterile technique during procedures to minimize infection risk
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- At least one year of relevant experience in interventional radiology
- Knowledge of interventional radiology techniques and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for licensure in the state of New York
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Be available to travel within the United States

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
