About the role
TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including positioning and immobilization.
- Operate equipment such as fluoroscopy machines, angiography units, and ultrasound devices.
- Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and report any changes to the supervising physician.
- Prepare and administer contrast media and other necessary medications as directed.
- Document procedures accurately and maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist from a recognized professional organization.
- Experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in interventional radiology.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Current CPR certification.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
