Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,084 per week

About the role

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Jefferson, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Assist with fluoroscopic imaging and other diagnostic imaging techniques.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during the procedure.
• Operate equipment and monitor patient conditions during procedures.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records.

Requirements

• 2 years+ of IR experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills

• Proficient in operating interventional radiology equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
