An interventional radiology technologist is a specialized radiologic technologist who assists physicians with minimally invasive procedures that guide instruments through a patient's blood vessels and organs. Some procedures involving IR techs include angioplasty and biopsies.
This is a travel position in Baltimore, Maryland, with a start date of 09/14/2026, lasting 14 weeks. The schedule is 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during minimally invasive interventional radiology procedures.
- Operate imaging equipment to guide instruments through blood vessels and organs.
- Perform procedures such as angioplasty and biopsies.
Pay
Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
