About the role
Soliant Health is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Detroit, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist with interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, and embolization.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast media.
- Operate equipment and monitor patient responses during procedures.
- Document procedures accurately and maintain medical records.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- BLS Certification
- Current ARRT certification with Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI) preferred
- One weekend every 6 weeks
- Monday-Friday evenings every 6 weeks (On-Call rotation depends on volume/schedules)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
- At least one year of relevant work experience in interventional radiology
- Current ARRT certification with Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI) preferred
Skills
- Proficiency with interventional radiology equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 8am-4:30pm
