About the role
CrossMed is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in Des Moines, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Assist with interventional radiology procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist during the procedure
- Operate and maintain medical equipment
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Experience in interventional radiology or related field
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology or a related field
- Passing score on the national registry exam for radiologic technologists
Skills
- Proficiency with medical imaging equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
