An interventional radiology technologist is a specialized radiologic technologist who assists physicians with minimally invasive procedures that guide instruments through a patient's blood vessels and organs. Some procedures involving IR techs include angioplasty and biopsies.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during minimally invasive interventional radiology procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to guide instruments through blood vessels and organs.
• Perform procedures such as angioplasty and biopsies.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, days

Pay

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
