Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,976 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Mesa, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Assist in the planning and execution of interventional procedures using fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering sedation as necessary.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure accurate and efficient image acquisition.
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures and assisting with interventional procedures.
• Knowledge of imaging equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Completion of an accredited interventional radiology technologist program.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
