About the role
PRIDE Health is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and applying sterile drapes.
- Operate equipment such as ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and CT scanners.
- Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and report any changes to the physician.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in interventional radiology technology.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be willing to relocate to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
