Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures and ensure their comfort during the procedure.
• Operate equipment and monitor patient vital signs during procedures.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Virginia.
• Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.

Skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
