About the role
Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and applying sterile drapes.
- Operate imaging equipment to capture accurate images during procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond appropriately to changes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure patient care continuity.
Requirements
- ARRT registry required.
- Experience in body and vascular interventional radiology preferred.
- Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology or related field.
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Ability to pass a background check.
