Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,825 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Leonardtown, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and applying contrast agents
• Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality images
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
• Ensure sterile technique during procedures to prevent infection

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Experience in interventional radiology procedures
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Shifts are from 07:00:00 to 17:00:00, days.
