Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,814 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in Torrington, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment used in interventional radiology procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures and ensure their comfort.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently using Epic & Sectra PACS.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in interventional radiology technology.
• ARRT (R)(CT) certification required.
• CT state Radiographer’s license required.
• Experience with GE Revolution HD 128 CT scanner, Bayer Medrad Flex Injector.
• No on-call requirement.
• 32 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days schedule.
• Every 3rd weekend shift requirement.

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Skills

• Proficient in operating interventional radiology equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
