Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,785 per week

About the role

TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in Charleston, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast media.
• Operate equipment such as fluoroscopy machines, ultrasound devices, and angiography systems.
• Monitor patient vitals during procedures and report any changes to the physician.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical imaging equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
