About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and applying sterile drapes.
- Operate imaging equipment to capture images during procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Current state licensure as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
