Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,758 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will provide care in the interventional radiology department.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
• Operate equipment and perform technical aspects of interventional radiology procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Physical stamina to perform the required tasks.
